Find, book, and track a safe ride
1. Create your account & add your child
Sign up with your phone number, verify with a one-time code, and add your child's name, school, grade, and pickup address.
2. Find or request a van
Browse verified driver listings near your area and school, or post a pickup request and let drivers send you quotes.
3. Book and chat with your driver
Accept a quote to confirm a booking, then message your driver directly in-app for schedule changes or questions.
4. Track every trip live
Once the driver starts a trip, see the van's live location on the map, with alerts when it approaches home, departs, or arrives at school.
5. Use SOS if something feels wrong
A one-tap SOS button shares your child's last known location with SchoolVan support and the school instantly.
6. Rate your driver
After each trip, rate and review your driver to help other parents in your area choose with confidence.
Get verified and grow your route
1. Register & upload documents
Create a driver profile with your vehicle details, then upload your CNIC, license, and vehicle photos for verification.
2. Get verified
SchoolVan reviews your documents. Once approved, you receive a verified badge and your listing becomes visible to parents.
3. List your van & set your areas
Set your monthly fee, available seats, schools you serve, and the areas you cover.
4. Receive requests & send quotes
Respond to parent pickup requests with your monthly rate, or accept booking offers sent directly to you.
5. Run live trips
Start a trip with one tap — your location streams to assigned parents and the school in real time, with automatic pickup-log entries at each stop.
6. Build your reputation
Every completed trip and parent rating builds your profile, helping you win more bookings over time.
Oversee transport across your campus
1. Register your school
Submit your school's name, address, EMIS number, and contact person for SchoolVan approval.
2. Set your pickup zone
Mark your school's location and pickup/drop-off radius so SchoolVan can detect van arrivals and departures automatically.
3. Review verified drivers
See which verified vans serve your students, and flag or rate drivers based on performance.
4. Monitor pickup logs
View a live, daily log of arrivals and departures for every student, and export it as a CSV for your records.
5. Send announcements
Push announcements to all parents and drivers connected to your school — closures, schedule changes, and more.
6. Manage everything from the web
Use the School Admin Portal at schoolvan.pk/school-admin for a full desktop view of drivers, students, and logs.
