By using the SchoolVan app or schoolvan.pk website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
SchoolVan is a platform connecting parents, school van drivers, and schools for booking and tracking school transport. SchoolVan does not own or operate vans and is not a transport provider — drivers are independent operators verified through our review process.
2. Accounts & verification
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Drivers must submit valid identification and vehicle documents for verification before being listed. SchoolVan may suspend or remove accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
3. Bookings & payments
Booking arrangements (monthly fees, schedules) are agreed directly between parents and drivers through the app. SchoolVan subscription fees (Premium, School Plan) are billed separately for access to platform features.
4. Safety features
Live tracking, geofencing, and SOS alerts are provided to assist with safety but do not guarantee it. In an emergency, always contact local emergency services in addition to using SOS.
5. Limitation of liability
SchoolVan is not liable for the conduct of drivers, parents, or schools using the platform, except as required by applicable law.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
