This Privacy Policy describes how SchoolVan ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the SchoolVan mobile app and the schoolvan.pk website, including the School Admin Portal.
Information we collect
Account details (name, phone number, role), child profile information provided by parents (name, school, grade, pickup address), driver verification documents (CNIC, license, vehicle photos), live location data while a trip is active, and messages sent through in-app chat.
How we use information
To provide live tracking, geofence alerts, driver verification, booking and marketplace features, push notifications, SOS alerts, and pickup-log reporting for schools.
Location data
A driver's location is shared with parents and schools only while that driver has an active trip running. Location history is used to generate arrival/departure events for school pickup logs.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only between the parties necessary to provide the service — for example, a driver's verification status with parents, or a child's pickup events with their school.
Your choices
You can update or delete your account information from the app at any time, or contact us at the address on our Contact page to request deletion of your data.
